Yumi Ishiyama is a teenage student of Japanese descent at Kadic Academy and a key member of the Lyoko Warriors. She defends Earth against the malevolent digital entity X.A.N.A. by virtualizing into the digital world of Lyoko, where she employs metallic Tessen fans and telekinesis. Often considered the most mature of the group, she is recognized for her strategic mind and distinctive black attire.
