Frequently Asked Questions
We're constantly improving the app with new features, bug fixes, and performance enhancements. To ensure you have the best experience and access to everything NaukNauk has to offer, we highly recommend keeping your app updated to the latest version. Updating can often resolve many common issues without needing further troubleshooting.

General

NaukNauk is currently only available in English. However, when creating an animation, you can write in your native language in the motion and camera description fields.
To upgrade to Pro, go to your Me page, tap on the Sparks Balance button in the top right, and then select Upgrade to Pro.
You absolutely can. To share your animations, go to your published animation and click on the 'share' button on the top right of your post.
NaukNauk treats each login method (Google, Apple, Facebook, TikTok, and Email) as a separate account. They do not link together automatically.

If you see an "Account not found" error, it is highly likely that you originally signed up using Google or Apple. Even if your Google email is the same as the one you are typing in, our system views the "Email" login and the "Google" login as two different accounts.

To recover your account: Please go back to the login screen and tap the Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or TikTok buttons to access your original account.
Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple or Google. To cancel, please go to your phone's App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android), navigate to your subscriptions menu, find NaukNauk, and select cancel.
Your account data is safe. This usually happens if you log in using a different method than the one you used to sign up.

NaukNauk treats each login method (Google, Apple, Facebook, TikTok, and Email) as a separate account. They do not link together automatically.

For example, if you originally signed up with Apple but recently logged in with Google, you are technically in a new, empty account—even if you use the same email address for both services.

To find your original account:
1. Go to Settings and select Log Out.
2. Try logging in again using a different button (e.g., if you used Google, try Apple or Facebook) until you find your original profile.
"Nauk It" is a feature designed to help the community learn and grow together. If you see an animation you love, tapping Nauk It allows you to see the exact descriptions used for that animation and you may apply it to your own animation. When you publish your new creation, the original user will automatically be credited. It is a great way to discover new ways to create animations.

Sparks

You can earn Daily Sparks by logging in every day. You can also earn Community Sparks by engaging with other users or by receiving likes and comments on your own posts.
Daily Sparks expire 24 hours after you claim them. To see the exact expiration time, tap on the Sparks icon in the top right of your Me page.
Sparks are always consumed in this order: Daily Sparks -> Bonus Sparks -> Purchased Sparks.
Your Sparks will always be refunded for a failed animation. While your on-screen balance may take a moment to update, the Sparks are credited back to you immediately within our systems. You can view your complete Sparks activity history on your My Sparks page, which can be found by navigating to your Me page and tapping the Sparks Balance button and then the Details button.

Creating Animations

Currently, this feature is not available.
Our new editor is designed to give you more control with clip-specific submenus. To access the volume settings, tap directly on the clip you want to edit. To return to the main menu to add more sounds, simply tap outside of the clip.
To ensure our community remains a fun and safe space for all toy lovers and hobbyists, we prevent the animation of content that violates our community standards.
Animations are primarily determined by your input. Some animations may fail if the content violates our community standards. If you believe your animation is within our guidelines, please contact us at feedback@nauknauk.ai, and we will be happy to assist you.
If your animation appears frozen at 99%, it is experiencing a rare processing delay. Please be patient, as our system may take up to 20 minutes to automatically clear this state. Once cleared, the animation will either complete successfully, or fail (in which case your Sparks will be refunded immediately).
Yes. Animations can be downloaded without a watermark if you have a Pro subscription.
To create animations with precise speech or dialogue, you must use Cinematic Mode. This feature is currently not fully supported in other animation modes.
