The Dominator 3 is a custom-armored storm research vehicle (SRV) designed and operated by meteorologist Reed Timmer. Built on a 2012 Ford F-350 Super Duty chassis, it is engineered to intercept tornadoes and record meteorological data from within the storm's vortex. The vehicle features 16-gauge steel armor, Kevlar-reinforced gull-wing doors, and a specialized hydraulic system that lowers the chassis to the ground to stabilize it against extreme winds.
