The Airbus A320 is a short- to medium-range narrow-body commercial passenger jet manufactured by Airbus. It was the first civil aircraft to implement a digital fly-by-wire flight control system and side-stick controllers. The A320 serves as the base model for a family of aircraft including the A318, A319, and A321.
