The Pillsbury Doughboy, also known as Poppin' Fresh, is the advertising mascot for the Pillsbury Company. He is a small, white humanoid character made of dough who wears a chef's hat and a neckerchief. Since his debut in 1965, he has appeared in numerous commercials for refrigerated dough products, where he is frequently depicted giggling after being poked in the stomach.
