#Chameleons

The Chameleon, whose real name is Dmitri Smerdyakov, is a prominent supervillain in the Marvel Comics universe and holds the distinction of being Spider-Man's very first adversary. Created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, he first appeared in *The Amazing Spider-Man* #1 in March 1963. Known as a master of disguise, Chameleon utilizes elaborate costumes, makeup, and advanced technology, and later even surgically or mutagenically altered skin, to impersonate others. He is also the half-brother of Kraven the Hunter.
