The Xenomorph Queen is a central antagonist in the *Alien* franchise, serving as the colossal matriarch and leader of a Xenomorph hive. First appearing in the 1986 film *Aliens*, her design was a collaborative effort between director James Cameron and special effects artist Stan Winston, building upon the original Xenomorph concepts by H.R. Giger. This highly intelligent creature is characterized by her immense size, distinctive crown-like head crest, two pairs of arms, and a massive ovipositor used for laying eggs.
