#Black Sabbath

Black Sabbath is an English heavy metal band formed in Birmingham in 1968 by guitarist Tony Iommi, bassist Geezer Butler, vocalist Ozzy Osbourne, and drummer Bill Ward. The band is widely recognized as pioneers of heavy metal music, establishing many of the genre's core elements through their dark, heavy sound and occult-inspired lyrics. Their debut album, "Black Sabbath," released in 1970, is often cited as the first true heavy metal album.
