Henry is a large, green tender engine, designated as the North Western Railway's number 3 engine, from the "Thomas & Friends" franchise. He is known for being a mixed-traffic engine, capable of pulling both passenger and freight trains. Originally appearing in "The Railway Series" books, Henry underwent a significant rebuild due to initial steaming problems, transforming him into his more familiar shape.
