Sam Fisher is the central character and protagonist of the *Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell* video game franchise. He is a highly skilled covert operative, initially recruited into the NSA's top-secret Third Echelon program, and later leads the Fourth Echelon. Fisher is renowned for his mastery of stealth tactics, advanced combat skills, and the use of specialized equipment, most notably his signature multi-vision goggles.
