#Kitsune

Kitsune are intelligent fox spirits from Japanese folklore, often classified as yōkai, possessing magical abilities such as shapeshifting. They are deeply associated with Inari Ōkami, the Shinto deity of rice and prosperity, often serving as divine messengers. Kitsune can be both benevolent guardians (Zenko) and mischievous tricksters (Yako), with their power and wisdom increasing with age, symbolized by the number of their tails, which can be up to nine.
