#George Of The Jungle

The "George of the Jungle" franchise originated as an American animated television series created by Jay Ward and Bill Scott, first airing in 1967, parodying the Tarzan stories [8, 10]. It later expanded to include a live-action film in 1997 and a new animated series in 2007 [4, 8]. The franchise is characterized by its titular hero, George, a clumsy but good-hearted "ape man" who frequently crashes into trees while swinging on vines, alongside his companions Ape and Shep [6, 21].
