Holden was an Australian automotive brand, originally established in 1856 as a saddlery business before transitioning into vehicle manufacturing. It operated as a subsidiary of General Motors (GM) from 1931, producing iconic Australian cars. The brand ceased Australian manufacturing in 2017 and was retired by GM in 2020/2021.
