Monchhichi is a line of Japanese stuffed monkey toys created by the Sekiguchi Corporation. First released on January 25, 1974, the character was designed to inspire love and respect. Monchhichi dolls are recognizable by their plush bodies, vinyl faces, hands, and feet, often depicted with a thumb in their mouth or holding a pacifier.
