#Bubble Man

Bubble Man is a Robot Master from the *Mega Man* video game series, first appearing as a boss in *Mega Man 2*. He was created by Dr. Wily as the first humanoid robot designed for underwater combat. Despite his aquatic prowess, Bubble Man has a design flaw that prevents him from walking on land, forcing him to move by jumping.
