The Merciless is a formidable character from the DC Comics Dark Multiverse, an alternate version of Bruce Wayne who became a twisted God of War. He is one of the Dark Knights, a group of corrupted Batmen serving Barbatos during the Dark Nights: Metal storyline. Consumed by grief and rage after the loss of Wonder Woman, he donned Ares' helmet and wields the God Killer sword.
