Dizzy is a prominent character from the Guilty Gear fighting game series, created by Daisuke Ishiwatari and owned by Arc System Works. She first appeared in the 2000 video game Guilty Gear X as the final boss. Known for her gentle and pacifistic nature, she is characterized by her long blue hair, a tail, and two sentient wings named Necro and Undine.
