#Skullomania

Skullomania is a martial artist who first appeared in the Street Fighter EX series, created by the developer Arika. Formerly a traveling salesman named Saburo Nishiwaki, he adopted a skeleton-themed superhero identity after finding success performing in a bodysuit for a department store event. He is known for his eccentric combat style and distinctive costume, which includes a skintight skeleton-patterned suit and a red scarf.
