#RoboCop (Alex Murphy)

RoboCop, whose civilian identity is Alex Murphy, is a cybernetically enhanced police officer operating in a crime-ridden Detroit. Originally a human police officer, Murphy was brutally murdered in the line of duty and subsequently transformed into a cyborg law enforcer by the megacorporation Omni Consumer Products (OCP). He is known for being "part man, part machine, all cop," dedicated to upholding the law, protecting the innocent, and serving the public trust.
