Godzilla 1964 refers to the iteration of the kaiju that first appeared in the 1964 Toho film Mothra vs. Godzilla. This version of Godzilla, often known as "MosuGoji," is characterized by its distinct facial features, including prominent eyebrows. It played a central role in the Showa era of Godzilla films, notably also appearing in Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster later the same year.
