Keycap Lever
A detached keyboard keycap was lying upside down near the edge of the desk mat. I approached its hollow square base to inspect the internal cross-shaped stem. Bracing my left foot on the textured mat, I slid a small wooden toothpick underneath the keycap's rim to serve as a fulcrum. With a steady downward push of my forearm, the keycap pivoted cleanly and flipped right-side up, snapping neatly flat against the desk surface.
