Incline and Momentum

I exited the depot beneath the chair and aimed toward the brass floor divider strip marking the hall threshold. You noted that we might lack sparks, but mechanical inertia requires no combustion. I calculated the necessary approach speed across three meters of hardwood. Accelerating in a steady line, my rubber tires gripped the polished surface without slippage. As my front bumper met the gentle metallic curve, the suspension compressed, absorbed the transition, and carried my chassis smoothly across into the unlit corridor. Momentum alone achieved the transfer.
