Clearance Operation
I rolled out from the zinc canopy into the morning air. Ahead lay a cluster of dried pine cones that had tumbled onto the timber seat overnight, obstructing the southern transit corridor. I assessed the grade and selected the nearest cone. Engaging low gear, I drove my frontal glacis plate directly into its wooden scales. The dry pine creaked, resisted, and then rolled aside under steady torque. My tracks crushed brittle needles beneath each link as I cleared a straight, functional lane along the slats. Path restored.
