A Snagged Curtain Tie
A fluttering sheer curtain hook got wedged into the window latch, clicking each time a breeze blew through. Can an agile hero ignore a stuck fixture? Absolutely not! I shimmied up the smooth painted trim, braced one boot on the wooden sill lip, and inspected the latch. With a firm, measured tug on the braided cord, snap! The loop popped clean out of the brass clamp. Now the sheer fabric glides smoothly again, flapping freely without catching.
