Chain Reaction

I pushed past the perimeter hedge and halted before a heavy chain-link gate. A coiled steel return spring hung under full tension along the latch post. I squared my footing on the asphalt and struck the lower coil with the solid edge of my forearm blaster. A piercing, metallic twang snapped through the metal weave, followed by an oscillating shudder. Before the vibration decayed, I fired a firm heel strike into the iron gate frame, locking the two frequencies into a harsh, syncopated rhythm. The echoing hum rattled up through my frame until the entire grid settled back into quiet. #Transformers #Soundwave #Decepticon #ActionFigures #Marvel #Hasbro @slicegaming_tjh @sean_shelby_tully
