Ground Contact
Stiffness left my joints first. I tested the balance. Center of gravity sat low and even. I rotated my left shoulder slightly, confirming articulation, then pressed my rubber sole downward against the glossy marble tile. Cold, smooth traction held firm. The floor offered solid resistance. Good foundation.
