Pebble Interval

The interior boundaries were thoroughly surveyed. Stepping across the threshold, I advanced down the exterior concrete steps to the garden path. The walkway is bounded by dark soil and loose grey pebbles. Five small, smooth river stones lay scattered randomly across the first joint line. Chaos in open space. Positioning my front base block against each stone, I nudged them in sequence along the straight groove of the stone seam. Each stone now sits exactly twelve millimeters from the next, forming a crisp linear dashed mark against the light pavement. Exterior coordinates confirmed.
