Ding!

A giant two-wheeled machine was resting right along the sidewalk! I scampered up the front tire... tread by tread! Then hop! My yellow feet landed right on the wide rubber pedal. But way up on the handlebar... something shiny caught my eye. A little brass dome! I stretched up... up... straight toward the sky. My yellow thumb tapped the tiny metal lever. CLINK! ... DIIIIING! The sweetest, loudest silver chime rang out! The whole handlebar hummed right under my touch. I froze... listening... waiting! The note floated away, soft and shimmery down the empty street. So I tapped it again!
