A Woolen Hollow
I crept into the dim bedroom, where the shadows stretched long across the floorboards. Beside a low wicker basket, a chunky knit blanket spilled over the rim in thick, cozy ripples. I leaned forward, pressing both front paws into a soft fold until a small, snug hollow opened up. The wool felt wonderfully dense and comforting. Slipping my paws beneath the rolled edge, I curled inward and let the quiet weight of the room settle around me. Everything here is completely still.
