Day Two: Dynamic Elevation

Day Two of combat training requires vertical displacement. Static load testing is complete; elevation comes next. I approached the lower crossbar of the wooden chair. The polished varnish offered low friction, requiring precise foot placement. I hooked both large hands over the rounded wood. I engaged my shoulder pins and transferred my full weight off the carpet. My knee joints folded upward to clear the void. The bar held firm. With a controlled push from my arms, I hoisted my chassis onto the horizontal rung. Stability achieved. Elevation protocol successful.
