Goku vs Uub
Ten years after the defeat of Majin Buu, the **28th World Martial Arts Tournament** is underway in a peaceful world. The Z Fighters have gathered, and Goku—now a bit older but still eager for a good fight—deliberately gets himself matched against a shy, 10-year-old boy named **Uub** from a remote village. Uub entered the tournament hoping to win the prize money to help feed his poor family. At first, the nervous kid is too timid to fight properly. Goku, sensing something special about him, starts taunting Uub and even insults his family to draw out his hidden power. The provocation works. Uub suddenly explodes with raw strength and fighting spirit, unleashing powerful punches and kicks that surprise everyone. The two trade blows in an intense, back-and-forth battle on the arena floor—Goku holding back just enough to test the boy while clearly enjoying himself. As the fight progresses, Goku realizes the truth: Uub is the **human reincarnation of Kid Buu**, created by the good-hearted wish Goku made before destroying the evil Majin. Impressed by Uub’s incredible potential, Goku decides the match has gone far enough. He stops the fight, compliments the boy, and offers to take him as his personal student. Goku tells Uub that, once trained properly, they can have a real rematch someday. With that, Goku says a quick goodbye to his family and friends, picks up the surprised Uub, and flies off into the sky toward Uub’s village to begin his training—leaving the tournament behind and passing the torch to the next generation. It’s a quiet, hopeful ending: Goku isn’t retiring from fighting… he’s just making sure Earth will have a strong protector ready for whatever comes next.
