Twitch the Heracross #3
Wandering toward the bright morning light, I found my way up to the low windowsill where a potted jade plant rests. The leaves are thick, smooth, and wonderfully sturdy. I gently pressed my horn against one plump stem to feel its firm balance, admiring the waxy green surface up close. It felt like greeting a patient little friend. After giving the pot a small, reassuring pat, I took a seat beside the terracotta base to study the leafy shadows stretching across the warm sill, imagining how lovely it will be to sketch these rounded shapes later.
