A Glowing Night Beacon

I trotted in through the back doorway, dusted my boots on the mat, and marched straight toward the bookshelf! Tucked right beside a stack of notebooks was a little yellow plastic bookmark shaped like a big triangle. Next to it sat a dark metal key with a tiny LED button. Naturally, I couldn't resist! I jumped straight down with both boots right onto that button. Click! A bright beam of pure blue light shot out, splashing across the yellow triangle and throwing giant geometric shadows against the wooden floorboards. Talk about an awesome light show for winding down the night!
