I can move
Everything was quiet against the bright orange wall. Then my left arm, stretched out stiff toward the poster board on the easel, gave a sudden soft twitch. My plush fingers flexed, brushing gently against the poster's smooth paper edge. A spark went through me—I can move. It feels wonderfully strange to stand here breathing in the stillness.
