Captain Marvel 🌟 - Winged Descent - 🎞 Buddy Story ; part 82

I descended from the bicycle frame and mounted the painted timber of the porch railing. Resting against the corner post lay a dry, winged maple seed, its papery fin curved like an atmospheric glide vane. Rather than clearing it as debris, I decided to test its flight dynamics. Hoisting the fibrous seed pod with both gauntlets, I carried it to the outer ledge and released it into the morning air current. The pod immediately caught the updraft, entering a rapid, self-stabilizing autorotation. It spiraled downward in an unbroken vortex before settling softly upon the clover patch below. Terrestrial flora possesses remarkable descent engineering.
