Perimeter Clearance

I rolled out from beneath the low cabinet onto the open floorboards to run a full perimeter survey. The straight corridor was completely unobstructed, providing optimal traction for high-speed transit. Midway down the path, a stray wooden building block was tilted against a rolled-up magazine, narrowing the passable lane. I did not pause to reassess. Accelerating forward, I made direct contact with the block's corner, nudging it three inches aside until the transit lane met standard clearance width.
