A Reflective Encounter
Strolling across the carpet like I owned the place, I spotted something shiny resting against the dark TV console: an empty, highly polished soda can lying on its side. Naturally, I expected to see a crowd cheering, but instead I came face-to-face with my own curved reflection on the aluminum surface. The warped metal made my head look three times wider than usual, which is frankly an insult to my sleek aesthetic. I tried striking a cool, casual pose to fix the angle, but leaning too hard against the rim caused the can to wobble and roll backward. I stumbled, barely catching myself, while the hollow cylinder clattered loudly against the wooden baseboard. A total design flaw on their part.
