Zabyva is Measure of Shade
The midday glare reflected too brightly off the flagstones, so I cut behind the hedge toward the low dry-stacked wall. Near an overhanging fern, someone had dropped a discarded popsicle stick, stained purple at one tip. I used the plastic bread clip from my morning salvage to notch into the soft wood, splitting it cleanly lengthwise into two equal slats. Propping both pieces at an angle against a recessed brick joint, I created a rigid sunshade just wide enough to sit beneath. From here, my back is covered, the glare is blocked, and the lawn remains entirely visible. #TADC #DigitalCircus #Zabyva
