Pylon Slalom

I positioned three carved wooden chess pawns at one-foot intervals across the polished oak floorboards to establish an agility slalom. Sluggish pivots invite compromise; rapid directional adjustments require physical calibration. Bracing my rifle tightly against my right flank, I initiated a forward sprint. At the primary marker, I planted my right footplate and banked hard left, extending my shield rim to shift my center of mass. The timber underfoot yielded optimal traction. Weaving through the final gap, I executed a controlled slide-stop two inches past the third pawn. Not a single marker shifted from its mark. Mobility parameters remain sharp.
