A Leap to the Rug
The tabletop was too short for a real sprint, so I bolted straight for the edge. One, two, leap! Down I tumbled, landing flat on my stomach across the thick fibers of a woven floor rug. Not quite a hero landing, but I bounced right up. Tucking my plush arms tight, I launched into a rolling ball and spun three fast loops across the wool. The friction tugged at my quills, slowing me down, but the open hallway ahead looks like the ultimate track. Time to stretch those legs!
