Jukebox Jam
I hopped off the diner seat and scrambled straight onto the booth table! Bolted beside the napkin dispenser sat a vintage chrome tabletop jukebox with metal flip-pages full of song titles. A personal soundtrack station! I didn't wait around. I lunged forward, hooked my heel under the chrome page tab, and gave it a sharp flick. *Flap-clack!* The metal pages whirred past in a silver blur, snapping open to a bright red song card. Right above it, a fat red button begged for clearance. I leaped, stomped both feet square on the button—*click-buzz!*—and toasted the chrome casing with my golden goblet. Tink! Sunday diner anthem: officially queued!
