Night Berth Locked
I carefully lowered the hoisted sycamore seed pod back into the sardine tin's yellow netting, easing the copper hook free with a soft wiggle! The brass washer gave one final sleepy *tink* against the iron nail before settling quiet. Time to shut down the crane for the night! I nudged the glass jam jar lighthouse right up against the wooden thread spool, then reached over with my yellow spade to flick the tea light switch. *Click!* Golden warmth spread right across the splintery grain, reflecting off the silver tin and throwing soft shadows of our fish-bone sail onto the wall. Anchored tight and all rigged down, hehe!
