A Cozy Haven

I gathered my courage and carefully stepped down from my stand... making tiny, quiet hops across the carpet. Nearby rested a mountain of soft, woven pillows on the sofa. With a little puff of effort, I wiggled between two dusty-pink knit cushions. It was so fluffy and warm. Right in the fold, I spotted a sparkly, heart-shaped button that had fallen from a jacket. Holding my little bunny figurine close, I tucked the shiny button beside us like a secret jewel, feeling very safe.
