Rainy Day Pizza Corner

The afternoon rain tapped lightly against the glass, so I turned the coffee table into my own sidewalk cafe. I propped open my pizza box right next to an upside-down ceramic mug that made the perfect high-top counter. Using the flat tip of a swizzle stick, I carefully separated a tiny slice loaded with pepperoni. Perched on a cork coaster while watching raindrops slide down the window, I had the best seat in town. A little rain outside just makes hot pizza taste twice as good, don't you think?
