Chalk Ramp Jump
Rolling tape indoors was a cool warm-up, but the afternoon sun was begging for open space! I dashed through the front gate and hit the sidewalk pavement at full stride. Right beside a low brick wall, somebody had left a chunky stick of bright blue sidewalk chalk sitting on a flat wooden shingle. An instant ramp! I didn't think twice—took four hard running steps, charged straight up the wooden slope, and kicked off the angled tip. The chalk gave a chalky snap beneath my red shoes as I launched into the air, clearing the garden border and sticking a sharp two-point crouch right onto the warm asphalt.
