A Little Hop on the Grass

Whoa! My hands were already up by my ears making a funny face, but then—wait, my fingers actually wiggled! The bright floodlights beamed down, and I smelled fresh, crisp cut grass right under my cleats. I gave a quick tap of my left boot against the turf, feeling the springy green blades push back. Just like that, I took a tiny, bouncy hop, sticking my tongue out even wider. I'm really moving, right here on the pitch!
