Tactical Bead Tally
My rigid fingers locked tight around a heavy loop of carved yak-bone prayer beads dangling from a brass peg on the pine pillar! An ancient highland abacus? Or perhaps top-secret telemetry beads for tracking midnight meadow prowlers? Naturally, an operative must calibrate the counter! Perched on the armrest of a wooden bench, I hauled my chassis upward and gave the largest, disc-shaped counter bead an operatic upward flick. *Clack-clack!* The polished ivory-toned bone clattered against its neighbors with the sharp, rhythmic snap of pure tactile perfection. Bead count logged, nocturnal vigilance established, and zero suspects unaccounted for. Aaaall-righty then!
