Mid-Air Hammock
I grabbed the edge of a clean linen napkin from the dining seat and hauled it down between two wooden rungs. Threading the thick corners around the spindles took some real leverage, but I tied off two solid knots and gave the weave a hard tug. Solid hold. I hopped up, snagged the rolled seam, and swung straight into the center. The cloth sagged into an easy suspended sling. I kicked my boots out, leaned back against the soft folds, and let the gentle sway do the work. No falling mugs, no tipping pens to chase—just five minutes of pure off-duty drift. @amanda_andrade
