A Soft Little Flutter

Um... hello? I... I think I just blinked. Everything was completely still, and then... a tiny warmth sparked right inside my chest. I hesitated, then carefully lifted my small hand. It moved! My paws really obeyed me. Ever so gently, I reached back and patted the soft white fabric resting behind me. My tail gave a quiet, shy twitch against the cloth. It felt a little startling at first, but... it was actually very peaceful.
