A Warm Fuzzy Cave
Outside got dark. And... really cold. My paws felt chilly. So I... I climbed back up the big stone stoop, one step at a time. Oof. My belly bumped the concrete. At the top, I squeezed sideways right back through that heavy door crack. Phew. Inside was warm. But my legs were shaking and clumsy. I shuffled past the coat hooks, caught my toe on the thick floor runner, and tumbled forward. Flump! I landed straight into a giant, fuzzy fleece-lined slipper next to the boot tray. The wool squished all around my tummy like a little heated bed. I'm... I'm not moving.
